McGuire's Maintenance & Preservation (MMP) has over 25 years of experience. We offer a wide array of services from minor repair to major remodel projects.  In a continued effort to stay competitive in today's changing economy, we have recently made some changes to our fee schedule. We now have the flexibility to work carpenters and laborers on the same project while charging a reduced rate for the laborer.
